The steel plate with zinc-aluminum-magnesium coating refers to the coated steel plate in which a certain amount of Al and Mg are added to the existing hot-dip galvanized coating, or a certain amount of Mg element is added to the hot-dip aluminum-zinc coating. It has the characteristics of high corrosion resistance and high edge protection performance. The results of publicly disclosed laboratory acceleration experiments, outdoor exposure experiments, etc. show that within a certain range, the increase in the content of Al and Mg can improve the corrosion resistance by several times to more than ten times. Another major advantage after adding Mg to the coating is the improvement of the corrosion resistance of the cut edge of the steel plate. The Zn-based corrosion products containing Mg will cover the surface of the cut, thus forming protection for the cut.
Applications: Building roofs, walls, agriculture and animal husbandry, home appliances, automobiles, substrates for color coating, etc.
