QUVA accelerated aging experiment
QUVA is a long-wave ultraviolet output, which is used to evaluate the anti-aging performance of the coating.
Experiments show that the gloss, color difference, light retention rate, powdering and other properties of S-PE color coated boards are better than those of ordinary PE color coated boards.
Neutral salt spray resistance experiment
The neutral salt fog resistance experiment is used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the color coating plate in the neutral salt experiment. After the sample is exposed to the neutral sodium chloride salt atmosphere to the specified time, its surface foaming, rust and corrosion spread distance are evaluated.

PPGL, or Pre-Painted Galvalume Steel Coil, is manufactured by applying a durable color coating over galvalume steel (Al-Zn alloy coated steel). With a base metal of galvalume steel, which contains 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon, the coil is then coated with paints such as PE, HDP, SMP, or PVDF to enhance its corrosion resistance, weatherability, and visual appeal.
