Take on Challenges for 2026 – Shinmade Successfully Holds the Lean 5M6S Target & Budget Signing Conference

Adhering to the corporate tenet Sincerity, Benevolence, Integration and Co-prosperity, Shinmade Group hosted the 2026 Lean 5M6S Target and Budget Signing Conference at Hilton Hotel Boxing on December 26. Centered on the theme Take on Challenges for 2026, the event fully rolled out the corporate strategic goals, management approaches and responsibility framework for the new year. It helped align consensus, consolidate responsibilities and boost team morale, striving to elevate the company’s high-quality development to a new level.

More than 100 participants, including Chairman Wei Longfeng, President Yi Shengguang, senior managers and professional specialists at all levels across the group, attended the conference to witness this significant and inspiring moment.

1. Review & Outlook: Steady Progress on the Lean Journey

The conference kicked off with a featured video that reviewed the development and practical achievements of Shinmade’s Lean 5M6S Operational Management System. All attendees gained a clear understanding of how this core management platform underpins the company’s continuous optimization and excellent operation.

President Yi Shengguang delivered an opening address afterward. He restated Shinmade’s strategic vision: to become a respected, high-value, sustainable and industry-leading premium brand in the coating and plating sector. He elaborated on the implementation roadmap of One Core and Four Pillars: the core refers to the brand strategy of unswervingly pursuing high-end brand development; the four pillars focus on four critical dimensions, namely profit maximization, full-capacity production, product quality and customer service.

President Yi emphasized that 2026 will be a year full of challenges, where survival and development are equally important. He called on all staff to follow the guiding principle of customer-centricity, sales-driven growth, quality as the foundation and service as the priority, and translate strategic objectives into concrete actions of every employee.

 

2. Sharing of 5M6S Management Plans & Departmental Implementation Roadmaps

Qi Dengfeng, Manager of the Operation Management Department, presented the 2026 Lean 5M6S Management Plan and systematically illustrated how this management system will serve as a solid platform to ensure the delivery of corporate strategies.

Subsequently, heads of 13 departments, covering Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Production, Technology, Electromechanical Management, Administrative Management, Zhonglian Yida, Finance and Group Resource Platform, took the stage one after another to share their 2026 goals and detailed implementation plans. The clear division of labor and close collaboration among all departments embodied the corporate philosophy of uniting all teams as one cohesive force.

3. Target Signing & Responsibility Implementation: Formal Commitment to Goals

The conference entered the solemn yet vibrant target signing session. The signing ceremony was conducted in batches. Department-level target agreements were first signed by teams including Shinmade Technology Marketing Team, Production & Technology Team, Zhonglian Yida Team, Group Finance Center Team and Group Resource Platform Team. Afterwards, overall target documents were signed for six major business segments: Procurement Center, Marketing Center, Production & Technology Division, Zhonglian Yida, Finance Center and Group Resource Platform.

Each signed target document stands for not only quantified performance indicators, but also the sincere commitment and solid accountability of all managers to the company’s growth.

During the signing of the Sales Target & Business Support Commitment Letter, leaders of the Marketing Center took the lead in signing sales targets. Meanwhile, 15 supporting departments including Marketing, Procurement, Production, Technology, Human Resources, Audit and Digital Management signed the corresponding commitment letters.

 

Lu Zhi, Deputy General Manager of the Group Finance Center, then signed the 2026 Budget Target Responsibility Document with President Yi Shengguang.

 

At last, Chairman Wei Longfeng and President Yi Shengguang jointly approved the 2026 Compilation of Lean 5M6S Target Documents, marking the full completion of the annual target and responsibility system.

 

4. Chairman’s Address: Achievements Review and Three Core Competencies Proposed

At the closing of the conference, Chairman Wei Longfeng delivered a concluding speech. He reviewed the remarkable accomplishments in 2025, including record-high production volume, expanded global market presence and further advancement of lean management.

"The industry is undergoing profound changes with both challenges and opportunities ahead," he noted. "We must forge three core competencies: innovation capabilities focused on corporate strategy, market insight capabilities and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities running through all operational links."

Chairman Wei encouraged all managers and employees: "The goals are set, and the mission is upon us. Only through solid work and joint efforts can we turn the blueprint into reality and write a new chapter for Shinmade’s high-quality development."

 

5. Grand Conclusion & Gala Dinner: Embracing 2026 with Confidence

The conference concluded successfully with a group photo of all participants. In the evening, attendees gathered for a gala dinner. Chairman Wei Longfeng proposed a toast, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere filled with firm confidence and bright expectations for 2026.

 

This signing conference is far more than a goal-setting event. It is also a rallying conference to unify minds, pool strengths and inspire fighting spirit.
